Danielle Ondarza
Danielle Ondarza is a freelance player in the Los Angeles area. As an orchestral player, she has played in the Riverside, California and Fresno Philharmonics, the Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, San Bernadino, Redlands and Monterey Symphonies and with Mladi, Los Angeles conductorless chamber orchestra. Other credits include albums for Mary J. Blige, Barry Manilow, Yellowcard, Pat Monahan and Terence Howard and live appearances with Andrea Bocelli, Natalie Cole, Frank Sinatra Jr. and Kanye West. She has been seen on the MTV Video Music Awards, the American Music Awards and the Jimmy Kimmel Show. As an active chamber musician, Danielle is a founding member of Orion Winds, a woodwind quintet committed to performing and commissioning crossover works and giving educational outreach concerts. She is also a member of Ensemble Green, a group that performs works by both seminal 20th century and innovative west coast composers. When Danielle is not playing you can usually find her kickboxing. She hopes to work up the courage to spar one of these days.
